Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not break the law, facilitate unlawful conduct, evade sanctions, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not impersonate others, fabricate traction or credentials, conceal material conflicts, or make false or misleading fundraising, investment, employment, or business claims.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right and authority to use.

• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, stalk, or expose another person.
• Do not publish sensitive personal data, credentials, financial details, or confidential documents without proper authorisation.
• Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive promotions, or manipulate feedback and discovery.
• Do not use Enprep to offer unlawful securities or financial services. Fundraising activity must comply with the laws that apply to you and your audience.

• Do not introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities without written permission, bypass access controls, or interfere with availability.
• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or access Enprep through automated means except through an interface or written permission we provide.
• Do not reverse engineer the service, overload infrastructure, create accounts to evade enforcement, or help another person do so.

We may remove or limit content, reduce visibility, preserve evidence, warn users, or suspend or terminate access proportionately to the risk and violation. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities. We may consider context, intent, harm, history, and a user's response when deciding what action to take.

Report suspected abuse to safety@enprep.com with the relevant profile, venture, message, or other context. Do not place yourself at risk to collect evidence.
