Terms of Service

The rules for using Enprep's startup workspace, publishing tools, discovery, and community features.

Before launch: replace the operator details below with Enprep's registered legal entity, postal address, organisation number, and confirmed legal contact address. These documents are a product-ready starting point and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting real users.

1. Who provides Enprep

Enprep is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], organisation number [NUMBER], with its registered address at [ADDRESS] ("Enprep", "we", "us"). These Terms form an agreement between that entity and each person or organisation using the service.

2. Using the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

Enprep provides a workspace for developing, evaluating, planning, publishing, and discussing startup ideas. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or a breach of these Terms.

3. Your content and ventures

You keep ownership of the venture plans, text, files, feedback, and other material you submit. You give Enprep a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service according to your visibility settings.

Private content is intended to remain available only to you and authorised collaborators. Content you mark for feedback or public visibility may be viewed, shared, and discussed by other users. Do not publish confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data you are not authorised to share.

4. Feedback, messages, and introductions

Enprep may help users discover ventures and communicate with founders, potential co-founders, or investors. We do not verify every identity, claim, valuation, opportunity, or message and are not a party to arrangements made between users. Carry out your own due diligence before sharing sensitive information, investing, hiring, or entering an agreement.

Product feedback you voluntarily send to Enprep may be used without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

5. No professional or investment advice

Enprep's guides, calculations, templates, market-sizing tools, and community content are general educational information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or fundraising advice, and they do not promise business success, funding, returns, or market demand. Obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not use Enprep unlawfully, infringe rights, deceive or harass others, distribute malware, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or present an investment opportunity in a misleading or unlawful way.

7. Intellectual property

Enprep and its software, branding, interface, original guides, and templates are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit those materials except where applicable law permits it.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We will use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent storage, or that user content is accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Enprep is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data, or decisions and arrangements between users.

9. Ending your account

You may stop using Enprep and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate an account for material or repeated violations, serious security risk, or legal necessity. Where reasonable, we will notify you and allow an opportunity to export or correct your content. Provisions that naturally survive termination remain effective.

10. Changes, law, and disputes

We may update these Terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Norwegian law governs these Terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes should first be raised with legal@enprep.com and, if unresolved, may be brought before the competent Norwegian courts.

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@enprep.com. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@enprep.com.
